Few admirative , inbound customer support, non voice projects , kpo etc sure on verge of collapse or taken over by Software's, AI etc. That's reason , you see declining on such offers in business these years.

So If your plan consist of outbound for clients, you are on long term business plan. If not , make sure you do before its too late.

Outbound sales, promotions projects are intact and doing great without fear of AI, software replacement .

Let’s say you have 3 separate manuscripts and send 1 of them to 12 different agents (4 read same copy). Now let’s say 2 agents each liked separate manuscripts and want to move forward. What would you do as far as transparency and negotiation?
